Herbs, etc.
While many of you have used herbs on a regular basis, and may still do so, you don’t have to know the health benefits of the spices to know they make food taste good. But what if you were to learn enough about the herbs and spices you use daily to help improve your health? Or lose weight? Maybe going on a diet wouldn’t be so difficult after that. Maybe if you could research a little bit, and find enough information to encourage you to try something new, and discover a new way of life, you’d like it enough to continue. Maybe you don’t care, but have noticed something different about your health, or the way you feel when you crawl out of bed in the morning (or afternoon, as the case may be), and maybe you’re just curious about that. Maybe you’re looking for that new “miracle cure” you heard about on the morning news. This is the place to look. I have researched many new and wonderful, and old and ancient, “miracle cures” that aren’t really cures for anything, but have some health benefits. You could find out that parsley (that green stuff on the side of your plate at your favorite restaurant) is actually a “cure” for bad breath. (Oops, did I type that? It’s true.) You might find out that OSHA is really a root that’s hailed as a anti-viral, anti-bacterial “healing herb” with massive benefits. (I did it again, didn’t I? Again, true.) There’s a lot of sensational “miracle cures” that have been known for centuries, and many people don’t have a clue what they are, where to find them, or how to grow them. That’s what this is all about. I have a coffee addiction, out of necessity (I have ADHD), and I have found a way to improve my overall outlook with this addiction. I have learned to research many different types of herbs, before using them, and have discovered that every new “miracle cure” has some basis in history and historic medicine.
My goal with this website, one of many, is to provide you, the user, with the information not just to get you started, but to complete your research all in one spot. I will provide supporting websites, and you have the option of looking up those websites. You can choose not to, and take me at my word, but I assure you, each herb will have the supporting documents to prove my words.
